Refund Policy

At TathSchool, we are committed to delivering high-quality educational content. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund is required. This policy explains when refunds are available.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are only considered if requested within 7 days of purchase.
- Refunds are only granted if less than 20% of the course has been accessed.
- Once you complete or substantially progress through a course, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
Technical Issues
If you are charged but do not gain access to a course, contact our support team immediately. We will either restore access or issue a full refund.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Refunds will not be issued for change of mind after extensive usage.
- Refunds are not available for promotional or discounted purchases unless otherwise stated.
Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
